The seller won't accept a return for an item that was not as described.

I bought a Coach handbag that was described as being in excellent condition.  It had stains on the leather especially around the edges and the fabric lining had a rip in it.  She did not disclose any of this in the description.  I contacted the seller and she said that I should have asked her questions.  She is refusing to let me return it.  What should I do next?
