The seller made the error of sending the wrong part and I had to pay for the return shipping.

Case #1-124555757240.  On July 14, my son ordered a set of shocks for my daughter's car with my Discover card/ paypal account.  The part came from RMA 200 Docks Corner Rd STE 221 Dayton, NJ 08810-1650 and that is where I had to ship it back to paying $54.40.  The parts that were sent were shocks for the 2008 Honda Civic, like we requested.  However, the parts they sent were for lowering the car which would have required a change of tire size.  When we contacted ebay and the company, we spent several hours on the phone and on the cpu trying to return the item.  Your website was not user friendly during that time (July 19 - Aug. 5) and it took several attempts to explain the problem both online and on the phone.  We received suggestions for us to modify the shocks to make them fit correctly.  This was ludicrous and mechanically unsafe!  It was obvious to us that they did not have the correct parts we ordered and sent us what they had, hoping we would adapt our daughter's vehicle.  We were furious!  We finally did get a return address and shipping information and mailed the shocks back.  Days later I did received the refund on my paypal account and then onto my Discover card account.  We feel the $54.40 I paid for return shipping should not be our responsibility.  I have read RMA's policy, but don't agree since it was their error.  I request that you contact them for a refund for my shipping costs or at the least credit my Ebay account $54.40 for a future purchase.  Thank you for your attention to this matter.
