I bought item number is 371918830658 but the laptop defected and the seller acept return for refund ; first He send me the pre-paid label by USPS but when I bring the stuff to Post office I can not send It because the label not cover the weight ( the laptop weight 10 lbs but the label cover only 6 lbs) and on system file on revolution center only show up this label return by USPS ; I tell Him this label has problem I can not send back to Him , He agree and send me anothe label by USPS , once gain I bring hte stuff to USPS but the second label can not send because It show up send from Him to Him ( He live in TX and label send from TX to TX ) I live in MA ; I told Him I need label send from MA to TX and He send me the third label to my personal email But difference carrier = UPS , I send It back to Him by Apr 25 but I asking Him did you receive It yet I got no answer , you can see the photo I copy receipt from UPS carrier ; right now on the revolution center only show up the first label He send me by USPS and not show up the third label I already send by UPS and on system look like He waitting for the tracking by USPS not for the third label I send by UPS and after May 1 2017 ebay can not aprove for me the return because on system they waitting for USPS carrier ( He know that why He send 2 wrong label USPS) and the system waitting for the wrong label I can not send ; but the system dont reconize the tracking UPS ( the third label) I already send back to Him , and then ebay agent will tell me I am not send It back and I can not get my refund , and He got his laptop back but He dont refund my money , that the way They cheating people , You can check the tracking UPS label He send me by my email and I already send It back to Him is 1Z E63 V34 03 9062 5244
I want ever the people complaint return on the system not show up only 1 tracking label , We can add more tracking label because the seller They will send no good return label and ebay system waitting for no good label , after that They send another good label They got item back but ebay system not reconize and dont refund for customer while the seller got item back and customer loose money thanks
