The item specific Manufacturer Part Number is missing - (But Its not missing. It is entered)

Hello Everyone,

Im having problems relisting all of a sudden. I keep getting this error:

It looks like there's a problem with this listing.

• Item specifics - The item specific Manufacturer Part Number is missing. Add Manufacturer Part Number to this listing, enter a valid value, and then try again.

But there is a part number entered and its always worked. Now all of a sudden I'm having this problem on random relistings. 

Ive tried everything from leaving it as "Does not apply" to using the distributor part number instead of the mfg part number. Nothing seems to work.

Its probably a glitch. Ive tried 3 different computers as well. It doesnt happen to all m of my listings but its happeneing more and more.  Ive tried "Selling Similar" as well.  Also tried creating a new listing for the product from scratch. Im at a loss.
