The 'Send an Offer' feature

I've grown to intensely dislike the "Send Offer" to people watching my listinngs. As a buyer, I feel pressured and as a result, I rarely accept these "special offers".  As a seller, I will no longer be using it - in the last couple months unpaid items have all been from offers I've sent. I think people impulsively accept the offer - after all, they want the item - but later either regret the purchase or forget to pay. It's nothing but a hassle. The lastest item that's gone unpaid had many watchers, so if I have telist it, all those watchers are potentially gone. What's the best way to give ebay my feedback on this issue?
