Technical Problem with my store - how do I get help?

I sometimes use the send offer option to watchers of store items.  At this point, I have items items I could respond to if I wanted, but when I go in and respond to one item and send an offer, I am unable to respond to any other ones unless I log out from eBay, reboot my computer and try again.  It's pretty tedious!  I would like to ask someone in technical support to evaluate what might be going wrong with my store's function, but cannot reach anyone.  Nothing about what I'm dealing with is already covered in their help section to my knowledge.

 

Am I the only seller experiencing a glitch like this?  Does anyone have any idea how to manage the problem without eBay's technical support team?
