Minnesota is exempt from tax on bullion. I've bought lots of bullion on eBay and it appears that this tax isnt all across the board. Sometimes I get charged most of the time I don't. Called eBay and they refer me to there rules. This will hurt alot of sellers because I refuse to do business with the ones that have tax on the invoice. Why can't eBay understand MN doesn't charge tax on Bullion.
