Suspicious buyer account -- yandex.com email

Listed an item tonight on auction with a Buy It Now option.  Sold within a couple of hours.  Account profile name looks like gibberish (bakjef-zsavfj) and email is from the yandex.com domain which is in Russia, but the buyer name is Jeffrey Baker at an address in Iowa.  Something doesn't feel quite right about this.

Any recommendations?  I do not want to give out my PayPal info or risk any fraud.  Wondering if someone just did a Buy It Now to remove the item from bidding.  I tried selling it a couple weeks ago and the winning bidder claimed his account had been hacked.

Thanks for any advice.  I may have to call eBay customer service in the AM.
