I've closed my E-Bay account and don't understand why I must wait 60 days since I have no outstanding transactions. But why does E-Bay still
post advertizing aimed at me on my computer? I've already been defrauded out of $169 by an E-Bay seller by shipping me an empty package.
I will never buy through E-Bay again.
