Still not getting email addresses and...

I've been selling again and the information about the transaction contains no email address for the buyer. 

At first I thought it was because maybe they were not verified.  But today I got a transaction detail slip from PayPal that highlighted the fact that the Buyer was not verified, and the sheet is totally different; it includes information about "reversals", accepting or denying the payment, etc.

The regular PayPal instant payment sheet also has no email address for the buyer.  It indicates the buyer is "Confirmed", but not "Verified".  Either way, neither slip contained any email address for the Buyers.  I've been to PayPal to view the transaction, and eBay's Order Details.  Nothing.  I can call eBay and ask, but I figured I'd give y'all another try.

Any answer that is helpful is appreciated.
