Still cannot use my ebay giftcard.

Yesterday got a $110 ebay giftcard, I was supposed to yesterday spend all that money on happy buying on ebay, but I instead got many hours of furious activity on my device, it asked for a paypal account, which I dont have, and cannot get one cause it wont permit me creating one without a credit card, so whats the point of a giftcafd if you wont be able to use without another card? Please tell me another option to use my gift card, oh my cant believe how annoying was choosing ebay for buying my things, what only got was a big headache instead, please give me a solution after I get even more madness.
