Finally got Customer Service to call me about this problem on 6/20/2021. We discovered that I can send feedbacks for customers who purchased one item, but not if they purchased two items on a single invoice.
She said that others were having trouble sending out feedbacks also. She realized that Feedbacks are very important. She would turn this over to the Technical Department.
4 Days now and no fixes. Not sure what to do next?
