Starter Store Subscription Free Listings Allotment

When a Seller opens a starter store, they're allowed 250 free listings..

A Non-Store Seller also is allowed 250 free listings..

I found one chart where it had a Starter Store would be allowed 250 free listings for both Auction and Non-Auction listings, which I understood to be 500 free listings total.

Does anyone know for sure which is true?

I'd appreciate any input from members.
