Started a return before receiving the product

I started my return before package arrived, but now the item is lost in the mail how do I get my money back if I cancel my return I can’t get my money back any help would be appreciated

You will need to ask customer service to convert your return into a not received claim.

The easiest way to do this is to post a private message on social media. www.facebook.com/ebay  www.twitter.com/ebay
