Today IS 7 days after purchase in that 7 days, I purchased the item, the seller shipped the item, I received the item, I found that the item was not as described, I contacted the seller, the seller replied, I returned the item, the seller received the return, and the seller issued a full refund.....

BUT eBay, in its infinite wisdom, says I can't leave neutral feedback

Is it any wonder that the feedback system is totally broken when eBay is so determined to make everything look great that sellers can never leave anything but positive feedback for buyers and buyers are blocked from leaving anything but positive feedback without jumping through extra hoops if the seller happens to be one of the favored "PowerSellers" who bring in the big bucks to eBay.
