Hello,

When trying to pay for an item from a winning bid, I get the message "Something went wrong. Please try to checkout again."  "Error Codes: 70245 70350"

This is a digital product that I actually wanted, listed by a member in Eastern Europe.  The seller has a total feedback score around 50, most of which appears to have been acquired within the last 30 days, despite being registered since May-2015. The listing claimed the item would be delivered by postal mail.  There is nothing wrong there that I can see, other than the fact that the winning bid total amount ended up being less than the minimum transaction fee that PayPal charges per transaction. Regardless, I won the bid, and am unable to pay because of this error; contacting the seller gets no response thus far; it's too late to cancel the transaction; I tried paying using 4 different devices, several different browsers.

How do I complete this transaction /pay for this item?
