Someone’s item

Hello, 

 seller shipped my item as well as another item that was supposed to goto a different buyer but had my shipping info it.

I contacted seller but he hasn’t responded to any messages I set regarding my item and now any message I sent to someone else’s item or my item missing parts. 
not sure what to do

@fhughtoo   Since you are missing item parts I recommend you file an item not as described refund request.  Return all of the items.     Get a refund then if you wish to buy from the same seller again you can.

2 business days after tracking shows delivery back to the seller the eBay system will automatically refund you if the seller has not already done so.

If you have to purchase a label at the post office with the funds that the seller provided be sure to upload the tracking number into the case. The tracking number is your proof of delivery.
Returns to China or other countries that do not have 1st class delivery confirmation MUST be shipped Priority Mail.
