Sold item still appears in my active listings, when clicked on it appears "out of stock"

Hello,

I sold an item on October 26. The item is paid and shipped, however it still appears in my active listings. It is being counted as one of my active listings, and only when you click on the item does it say "out of stock".

It seems I can not delete the item, as I recieve an error message when trying to do so, stating I can not change an ended listing. This is the first time this has happened to me in two years of selling. Very strange (A duplicate of the same listing appears in my "sold" items, which I can access).

On the app and in safari browser, I can not change/delete/access the "active" listing. My ebay seller account is not set to keep items active that are "out of stock" (I read in another post this might be the problem, but it was not). 

Any idea if there's anything I can do, or is it basically an error I have to contact ebay about directly? Thanks all
