Sold item delivered but apparent not scanned

I sold an item recently, the buyer received the item and provided positive feedback.  However, in the tracking it still shows that it hasn’t been delivered.  I’m assuming it didn’t get scanned upon delivery.  My funds are still on hold as a result.  How do I get this resolved?
