Sold an item I do not have, but there seems to be a technical issue

I sold an item today and it's something I haven't had for a while, and I am sure I made the quantity 0 a long time ago, yet it's showing that it's active and there's several left. The reason I don't believe it's due to my mistake is because there's something very odd going on with the listing, I'd search my store for the item and it wouldn't appear. I'd even type the exact title and item number into the search bar and it wouldn't appear. I was sure this item was no longer available for purchase and yet someone managed to buy it.
