Sold PICKUP ONLY Items have shipping label

I sold an item that is pickup only, yet the listing has a shipping label/notice to it.   I don't really want to "mark" it as shipped, since it was not shipped, but it was picked up. 
Yet, I don't want eBay thinking that I did not provide the item to the seller - and then i$$ues occur later. 
What should I do?

On Local Pickup orders, if there's a dispute, eBay looks for Messages between you and the buyer confirming it was picked up.

You can ignore the label reminder.
