Sold Items remain in Active Listings

What the heck is going on?  I have sold three items this last week and they end up in my active listing category.  Out there for people to purchase after they have been sold, and guess who gets the heat, THE SELLER for being out of stock for a ebay glitch.  Fix this ebay!  BTW, your shipping metrics are way off too.  How can a seller have 100% in up load postage then get marked off for the post office failure to deliver in a timely manner.  Pretty sure that's not the sellers' fault!

So sick of your games to remain a top rated seller when the issues are not even the seller fault.
