Software errors

I put in a new address for pickup and it prints on my shipping packing slip. Too bad it is the wrong address for shipping. I checked my account. There are two addresses. There does not seem to be anyplace to report software errors. I have a list of several others. How do i fix this?

lt will not allow me to delete it.

The seller hub update is not happening. I will have seller hub up and it will not tell me i have made a sale for about two or three hours!

i relisted an item because i thought the listing had been lost. It was not in sold, unsold or active? Spent 15 mins rewriting... Paid to list and had to end the listing when it showed up as sold!
