So tired of being scammed

You find the book you want. You order and pay for book. Next day you get messege saying thanks for purchase of ebook. Not one single place in the ad did it say ebook. New and unread means it's a book. Having to wait 4 days to get it in mail also suggests an actual book. Last few years this is how every single ebay purchase I've made has gone. Either they straight up lie like in this case or you get wrong item or no item at all. When this is resolved I'm deleting everything about ebay and paypal. Best part is, the entity that should care the most, ebay, doesn't care one bit about these issues.
