Slow Payment / No Payment

Hello,

I haven't sold on ebay in ages(because it's an endless cycle of making 75% of an items value and dealing with some of the worst customer interactions) but I remember people at least actually paying for stuff within a reasonable time period.

Are there just more scams and bull**bleep** now?

I've been sitting on 3 sold items waiting for payment since the 16th(it is now the 23rd), has the average time people pay for their products gone up? Or are people just **bleep** here now?

Additionally Ebay has their fees of course but if a customer doesn't pay for the product why does the bill for the fees/percentage even accrue?
