Interesting I had a listing removed, because it was a listing from Cuba (see eBay note below)
Could anyone tell me when the Dominican Republic became part of Cuba. Must be some political manoevering I have not heard of.
Just FYI the item was printed by TDLR (Thomas De La Rue) and English company printing these types of items for over 100 years, maybe they have moved thier operation to Cuba now.
