Simply put... can I stop a buyer from sending me insulting messages after the sale?

I am having a difficult time with a buyer who is relatively new to eBay.  She has sent 10 messages so far telling me what I should have done different to complete the sale.  She has escalated to being disruptive and insulting when she writes.  I tried to appease her in the beginning by answering her questions a couple of times.  I have since stopped because she keeps writing the same thing.  I have already blocked her as a bidder / buyer.  I know that there are other questions similar to this but I just want to know if I can block her from sending me these irritating messages?  That's all I want to know.

Thanks to everyone in the community for the help!

Yes you can kind of block this person from contacting you.  The problem is that there are several way to contact a user so this one only works in a specific instance.  go to your My eBay page.  Click on Account > Site Preferences.  Scroll down until you see Buyer Requirements.  Click on Edit.  Make sure you set your buyer requirements as you see fit and at the very bottom is a check box to block communication from blocked users.  This block will get most of the messages but there are a few other ways to communicate which cannot be blocked.
