Greetings! I am a seller and went to the Help section just to get clarity regarding signature confirmation. So, eBay requires signature confirmation for orders totaling $750 or greater. That makes sense. I decided to put signature confirmation on an item that was less than $750. Of course, I know that is my choice and my responsibility to assume that cost. However, I cam across the following information that rather interesting -
So, who is REALLY responsible for purchasing signature confirmation? And, (silly question coming) is signature confirmation being purchased twice, once by the buyer, and once by the seller? I read this several times to see if I was missing something. Then, I had someone else read it. They could not answer the question(s) either.
