Should I be worried?

Greetings, I recently sold and item, somewhat expensive, I recieved emails 1st day of listing from a buyer asking me to sell it to them right away, I chose not to and let bidders have a chance, I went to the buyers page who contacted me and it said he was located in India, no big deal, but after The winning bid was placed, I went to the winning bidders profile and noticed they had opened their Ebay account 1 day prior to them winning the bid, I also noticed they opened the account with ties to the person who ask to buy it now via the emails. I may be just a tad paranoid, but something just seems weird about it, I have not shipped Item, nor have I been paid as of yet.

It sold on Friday, so I assume if not paid by tuesday I can relist? has anyone experianced anything like this before?
