I am constantly paying more than charged for shipping. If I use the eBay label does the post office have to ship at that price?  Do eBay charge for the label other than the shipping price?  Thank you

If you set up the listing, enter the correct weight and measurements of the product in the shipping box/envelope.  Print the label on eBay.  Yes, the USPS will accept it.  No, eBay does not charge more, but offers a discount over the regular USPS rates at the counter.
