When did eBay begin adding the shipping fees to the Final Value Charges ? This seems horribly punishing. It is something they have nothing to do with and for those of us selling large items and international items it is a HUGE amount of money. What is th % that is added ? Is it at the same % rate as the item that is sold ( i.e. Antiques and Collectibles are charges a 9% final Value fee ) Does that carry through so the shipping is charged 9% as well ?
