Shipping to a different address than is on file

I have a potential buyer who wants to buy a full set of an item, but wants it sent to a different address than is associated with their account.  Is this allowed via eBay, even if I have the communication through messages on eBay?

@dizneytreasures   The buyer MUST enter the address they want the item shipped on the checkout page.  Per eBay policy that is the ONLY address you can ship to.

If you change the address after-sale then you lose your seller protection for delivery confirmation
