Followed posted instructions to go to Manage Store, subscriber discounts, and all I get is the offer to borrow $$, no indication of a coupon.

@tobiasness   What store level do you have? 

Store supply coupons are only for basic stores and above.   You do not get the store supply coupon with a starter store.
