Shipping labels

Has anyone had the problem of the PRINT A SHIPPING LABEL on sold items not show up? I have to mark it shipped, the unmarked it shipped THEN the option to print a label shows up.

No, everytime I go to print a shipping label, it does show up.  Are you using a desktop computer or a mobile device?  Regular printer or a label printer?

Just started happening to me a few days ago. It's a desktop. Been doing this for over 20 years.
