Shipping issues

Starting two days ago, Ebay shipping platform now disregards the default shipping carrier and shipping method (first class, priority, etc.) in my store. Each time I ship an item, the system defaults Fed-ex Overnite delivery from USPS or bumps first class up to Priority. Ebay tells me they have no idea why this is happening or what to do about it, other than to change every single label we print. 

I did not change these settings, some bug in Ebay did this - and yet the arrogance of Ebay makes them think they can manage payments!
