Hello, I just sold an item and first time shipping internationally… I picked the wrong option I put envelope instead of box my item is very breakable and def needs to be shipped in box… what do I do… I don’t mind paying the extra since it was my mistake but will my buyer also need to pay more because of the customs number it’s going to Norway
