Shipping fee question.

Hello all

I recently sold 4 items.  The shipping was $8 for one or all.  eBay collected $32 ($8 for each) and have taken their bite out.  I refunded the buyer $24 through PayPal.  Will eBay know this and lower my fee automatically?  Do I need to take any action?
