Hello! I just sold my first item in many years and, because I ship things for work all the time, I thought the price for shipping that ebay suggested was high, so I went directly to USPS.com and paid for shipping there. I will refund my buyer the $3.44 I saved by doing that. But how do I complete the transaction this way?
Thank you!

Those pants are showing $7.79 shipping to me in 92802 via Priority shipping. I am guessing you were able to ship via first class package for a lot less money.
To refund the difference to your buyer, go to Seller Hub > Orders > Paid & Shipped
Click the down-arrow, click Send Refund. Specify the reason and the amount. You can also enter the tracking number into the + ADD TRACKING .

Thank you. So how do I skip the part on ebay that is requesting me to go through their label printing protocol? I think that is the part that is confusing me! Thank you!
