Shipping calculator not working for customers

My listings have been having some issues with the shipping calculator lately. I don't know what to do. I've found that the best way to do shipping is by letting them calculate the price by there location. Lately i have been getting emails that the shipping price will give them an error when the go to pay and are unable to checkout. I have lost multiple sales because of this and do not know how to fix it. Any input is appreciated. Happy ebaying 🙂
