Hi,
Recently had a rush order and hit the print shippling label button and got the big UPS window -- whereas before I alway got the options of USPS, and FedEx. This was a new deal for eBay and we got an account that promised discounts. Well no discount, nor tracking number auto back to eBay. And it turns out it was $15 more than what USPS would have charge for the same ground service, oversized box. In essence I paid 50% more for shipping. How does one eliminate this option from ever popping up for anything under 10 lbs?
