Shipping Internationally

An international buyer wishes to purchase an item I have listed.  I haven't offered international shipping, but am willing to ship it to them in this instance.  Buyer tried to pay via PayPal but was unable to and received a message that I do not offer international shipping.  I've tried to revise the listing, but now that buyer has tried to pay, I'm unable to revise it.  Any help would be appreciated.

How to create exemptions to your buyer requirements?

To exempt particular buyers from your requirements, you can add the username to your buyer requirements exemption list.
