Several irregularities in my Ebay settings

This week I have found several irregularities in my Ebay account and personnel settings. First, and this has occured for awhile, I cannot save anymore favorite sellers even though I have removed many. I am down to 60 saved but still get the message that I have reached my limit of 100.  Second, last week my feedback score was well above 2600. Now it is at 1707. How does this happen and how do I get it corrected? Third, during a time where Ebay buck were awarded at 10% for items over $50 (2/26) I bought a $61 item. On check-out and order confirmed email it says I was awarded $6.20 in EBay bucks. When I look at my Ebay bucks page it says I only earned 0.62.
