Sent wrong item. How do I get a mailing label to send the correct item?

I sent the wrong item to by buyer who is returning it.  I want to print a label for the correct item, but I can't find any information on how to do this.  How can I print another label for an item already sent?

Go to the Order and click the dropdown next to it -  "Purchase shipping label" should be an option there.

That will take you to the label screen to create & buy another label with a new tracking #.

There will be a warning on the page that you already paid for a label, you can ignore that.

It didn't work exactly that way, but I found "shipping labels" on the left where one also finds "active, scheduled, sold" and more.  Your message helped me find that, so I now have a new label printed.  Thanks!
