Selling sharp knives...is there a set age limit?

I am going to list a number of knives from a collector and I was wondering if there is an age limit for purchasers and how do you varify that the buyer is of age?

eBay members must be at least 18 years of age to open an account.  Members are responsible for all activity that occurs on their accounts.
