Selling portable oxygen concentrator

I recently had listed a portable oxygen concentrator and people were wanting it, had several offers within the first two hours of it being listed. eBay removed the listing and I don't understand why as their is many others selling the same item and they are not Medical equipment sellers. I believe someone was upset I didn't accept their offer. Does anyone know why this happens or what the exact rules are? If anyone out there is qualified to sell such items I would love to have some help. Am selling to help with bills of a late loved one, item is like New was barely used. Cost well over 2000 and I would like to get 12-1500 but I do not want to break any rules at all I have worked hard to have my 100% feedback and many sales. I don't understand how someone can get upset for me not accepting a offer and flag my item. Any help is much appreciated. Thank you

Not allowed:

Oxygen concentrators, oxygen compressors, oxygen conservers and their accessories that require a prescription. Perhaps the other items oneBay don't require a script and yours does?
