Selling duties, responsibilities and protocols

Hi

I'm interested on selling on ebay but still have a few doupts on how to do it.  I already know I have to calculate shipping and handling cost through the input of weight and measurements of whichever article in it's respective box.  I need something to measure it's weight and need a printer to put the labels once the article has been sold.  My doubts toward selling are as follow:

1.  Shipping and handeling transactions will have to be done through Pay Pal exclusively?  I went to the postal office and they told me to check out "clickandship.com" to work out my shipping through ebay.  I have a very vague idea towards this theme on shipping matters... What has to be done?  What are my best options for me to ship?

2.  Once I put an article to be sold on ebay page either if it is "bidding" or "buy it now",  does it have to be exclusively sold on ebay or can I also put it for sale on some other page?  If sold on other page that is not ebay,  can I take it of ebay's listing if sold?

3.  How do I know the restrictions on where to sell? Do I have control over that? or I could just sell anywhere?  Does shipping to some parts affect my revenue?

4.  Once I have sold the item,  will my money go directly on to my bank account?

5.  Do I have any power over return options?
