Selling a vehicle

I received notice that vehicle was sold on the 3rd. Buyer says he has to go in surgery and leaves his and wifes number. I tried calling over weekend and find my number has been blocked. Left several messages urging a response. Now I want to cancel or relist vehicle, what are my liabilities?

Vehicle sales on Ebay Motors are non-binding, so a buyer or a seller can walk away at any time for any reason they see fit.

So, open an unpaid item complaint, and close it 4 days later if the buyer doesn't pay, then relist the vehicle.
