Selling Online Game Account

I am selling online game account. The account has had lots of money put into building the account. Good strong built account are highly sought after. So, my question is... if someone buys this accounts and the mess it up or ruin the account, can they come back and get a refund stating the item not as described or something else? Am I be protected against this?

According to Lords terms of service section 4. LORDS retains the ownership and you can use the account but you don't have the right to transfer ownership to a third party.  So you are selling something your agreement with them says you can't  sell.  You need to remove the listing.

Yo are breaking the law. Why would you think that is okay to do so???????
