I would like to start selling homemade cookies on Ebay. I have read the food policy but it doesn't mention whether the food is homemade or not. Do I need to have a Food license? Do I need to list the ingredients and nutrition facts? How are they packaged? I had planned to shipped Priority 2 days. Would that work? Thanks!
