Sellers selling cable boxes should be illegal now!

Recently I purchased a cable Box from a seller who now claims my return item was defective, when in fact it was not, But a stolen Time warner device, But anyways, apparently these boxes can not be resold, Please update all cable box sales to remove them from listing on eBay
